Terms of Sale and Delivery

Saara Ruskola (2715866-8) manufactures and sells handmade jewelry in Finland. All prices include value-added tax (VAT). We reserve the right to change prices and shipping costs, but any changes do not apply to orders that have already been placed.

Ordering
Orders are placed through the website www.saararuskola.com. After placing an order, the customer receives an order confirmation by email. The confirmation includes the order details, price, and delivery information. A valid email address is required for ordering. By placing an order, the customer accepts the terms and conditions in force at that time.

Delivery
Orders are processed as soon as possible after payment has been confirmed. Delivery times are estimates:
• Finland: approx. 7 business days
• EU: approx. 5–14 business days

Delivery times may vary during busy periods. Orders are primarily delivered as letters.

• Finland: €3 (free shipping for orders over €50)
• EU: €4
Shipping costs are shown at checkout before confirming payment.

Right of Cancellation (14 days)
Consumers have the right to cancel their online purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. To exercise the right of cancellation, the customer must notify us by email: info@saararuskola.com.

Returns
After cancellation, the product must be returned unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed. The payment will be refunded without delay, and no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product or proof of its shipment. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original order.

Complaints
