Returns and Cancellation Policy

We hope you are satisfied with your purchase. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us within 14 days of receiving the product by email: info@saararuskola.com.

Returns
The product to be returned must be sent back within 14 days of submitting the cancellation notice.
You may examine the product in the same way as you would in a physical store.
If the product has been used more than necessary to determine its characteristics, the customer may be responsible for any reduction in value.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Refunds
We will refund all payments, including the original shipping costs for the standard delivery method, no later than 14 days after we have received the returned product or proof of its shipment.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions
The right of cancellation does not apply to products made according to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Defective Products
If the product is defective, lost during transport, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us immediately by email: info@saararuskola.com.
In these cases, we will cover all costs related to the return and any replacement delivery.
